Tele counselling
Telephone counselling is a relatively new form of counselling. Telephone counselling usually occurs when clients can telephone a counsellor to discuss their problems. Besides being convenient, tele counselling has many benefits as there are no geographical limits, it gives a greater sense of anonymity, it is ideal for people who find travelling difficult, it can provide an effective way to access counselling that may not previously have been available for the person, it removes the stigma of physically attending a counselling session. Sessions are in two slots of 30 minutes and 60 minutes.

Skype/Facetime counselling
Technology has become an essential part of all of our lives. While using the internet as a mode of communication for therapy may seem somewhat unconventional, online video conferencing is an effective, confidential and convenient alternative to face-to-face sessions. Aaroh currently use the internet with great success to work with clients who are unable to visit in person or who prefer to work online.

Choosing the right career is often confusing. Be it for self or as parents we are expected to know the choices and options leading us to the right path which often becomes a source of stress and conflict. Aaroha brings you career assessment option available in India and overseas at the comfort of your home. Career assessment involves a battery of tests identifying your work values, interest, potential and aptitude. The career assessment package also includes two 30 min Skype/FaceTime sessions. Once the payment is made, a token number would be mailed.
